Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park (KTP) is Africa’s pioneering Peace Park, a unique cross-border conservation area jointly managed by Botswana and South Africa. Covering an expansive 38,000 km², KTP is one of the largest protected wilderness areas in the world, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. 75% of the park is in Botswana and the remainder in South Africa. It’s located in the Kalahari Desert and is one of the largest conservation areas in the world.
